However, most of our projects at Goldhill Group typically take around 2 to 3 weeks to complete after submission of drawing. We always strive to ensure that the project is completed efficiently without compromising on quality. During the consultation phase, we will provide a more precise timeline based on the specific details of your project.

The cost of your project depends on several factors, including the design, materials, labour, and the area involved. At Goldhill Group, our salesperson or designer will conduct a site measurement and provide a detailed quotation. For an initial estimate, we can calculate costs using a floor plan before the site visit.
Once the materials and design are confirmed, we will provide you with a final quotation to ensure full transparency and accuracy in pricing.

Additionally, we encourage clients to provide any

We highly recommend using Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) and laminate. The MFC and laminate we offer are of super E0 (zero formaldehyde) quality, ensuring healthier indoor air quality. These materials also feature clean, high quality edging that adds to the overall durability and aesthetic. Many of our customers have provided positive feedback due to the benefits of these materials, including their eco-friendliness and modern look. MFC is versatile enough to create shaker door designs, and both laminate and MFC offer a sleek, minimalist finish that suits contemporary interiors perfectly.

At Goldhill Group, we maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project. Our designer will stay in contact during the site measurement and design process. Once the design is confirmed, our installation admin will inform you of the installation schedule, including the date and time. We will send reminders 2 weeks, 1 week, 3 days, and 1 day before the installation to ensure you’re prepared.

Throughout the installation, we will conduct inspections and provide photo updates to keep you informed of progress. Once everything is completed, we will do a final handover to ensure you are satisfied with the results.

Yes, we provide a warranty on our cabinetry, with coverage of up to 5 years depending on the category. This warranty ensures that you can have peace of mind knowing that we stand by the quality and durability of our work. If any issues arise within the warranty period, we will address them promptly to
maintain the high standards we promise.

We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments. Additionally, we offer a 0% interest installment plan, allowing you to enjoy up to 36 months of installment payments, subject to terms and conditions.

Our payment schedule is as follows:

• 10% Down Payment at the time of order confirmation.
• 50% Payment upon production.
• 40% Final Payment before the delivery of goods and installation.
